Please review the following guidelines to determine whether your purchase is eligible for return.

We offer free 30-day returns for customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A return shipping fee of $20 applies to returns from the EU and $30 for all other countries, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The 30-day return period begins on the date your order is delivered or collected.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, use, or damage.
• Items returned by mail must include all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
• Individual items from a set cannot be returned separately. The complete set must be returned together.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Engraved or personalised items
• Gift cards
• Jewellery care kits

In-Store Purchases & Buy Online, Pick Up In Store

These orders can only be returned in store. Please bring your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt.
