Our jewellery consultants will guide you throughout the process, helping you begin your bespoke jewellery journey.

Gemstone Selection

Choose from our curated collection of natural gemstones. We will help you select the ideal centre stone based on your personal preferences, budget, and design requirements.

Deposit

Once the gemstone has been selected, a 30% deposit of the total order value is required to reserve the stone and proceed with the design and production process.

Design Consultation

We will discuss your vision in detail, including jewellery style, wearing preferences, design details, and any special requests. For bespoke orders over US$100,000, complimentary design services are provided to ensure your ideas are thoughtfully incorporated into the final piece.

Initial Design

Within 1–2 weeks, our designers will present an initial design proposal based on your requirements. You will have two opportunities for revisions to ensure the final design reflects your expectations and aesthetic preferences.

Design Confirmation & Craftsmanship

Once the final design is approved, our experienced artisans will begin crafting your jewellery by hand. Depending on the complexity of the design and craftsmanship involved, production typically takes 1–3 months. Each piece is meticulously crafted and carefully inspected to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Final Delivery

Once completed, your jewellery will be presented in our signature packaging. We offer worldwide delivery to ensure your bespoke piece reaches you safely and securely.
